Note:
I do not own the Crash Bandicoot series. They are owned by Sony Computer Entertainment, Universal Interactive Studios, Konami, Vivendi Universal Games, Sierra Entertainment, and Activision. I'm just a fan of the series. And I created this 'made up' Crash game.

Crash Team Kart Racing is a racing game in the Crash Bandicoot series, and the first Crash Bandicoot game to be developed by The Magic Cover, in 2011. It is a fictional game that I 'made up' and thus does not exist in real life.
Story Mode
Choose a character to race as in Story Mode
Each character has a pairing so that for whichever character you choose to play as, you will also get another character to play as, if you ever get tired of playing as one character for the whole way through. The pairings are as follows:

Get 100% in story mode with a character from Team Bandicoot (Crash Bandicoot, Coco Bandicoot, Crunch Bandicoot, Tawna Bandicoot) and the same with a character from Team Cortex (Dr. Neo Cortex, Dr. N. Gin, Tiny Tiger, Dingodile) to unlock — Dr. Nitrus Brio.
Beat all sixteen of his ghosts in time trial mode to unlock — Dr. Nefarious Tropy.

Notes
- In Crash Team Kart Racing, Wumpa Fruit Crates award three to eight Wumpa Fruit when the crate is broken, depending on parameters such as placement and track progression. Downloading the 2021 power ups will result in Wumpa Fruit Crates awarding four to nine Wumpa Fruit when the crate is broken, based on luck.
- Unlike in Crash Team Racing, Turbo Boosts cannot be used to squash opposing racers in their path. Downloading the 2021 power ups will allow Turbo Boosts to squash opposing racers in their path.
- Unlike in CTR, Power Shields cannot be fired. Downloading the 2019 power ups will allow Power Shields to be fired.
- Unlike in Crash Nitro Kart, Static Orbs are not exclusive to Race Mode in CTKR.
- Unlike in CTR, using the Nefarious Tropy Clock power up will affect racers who are using an Aku Aku/Uka Uka/Nitro Zaust mask or Power Shield. Downloading the 2021 power ups will prevent the N. Tropy Clock power up from affecting racers who are using an Aku Aku/Uka Uka/Nitro Zaust mask or Power Shield. Though it will still cause racers to lose their Power Shields.
- Like in CTR and CNK, the Super Engine power up is exclusive to Battle Mode in CTKR. Downloading the 2021 power ups will result in the power up being usable in races as well as granting the capability to squash other drivers whilst active.
